Re: removal procedure and new marriage

    You have order removal which means your chances to obtain
    legal status in the USA are very slim.
    If you remarried your wife to be should file her petition on
    behalf of you. Than, you should request through a motion to
    reopen your court case which is very difficult, you must
    show new facts or very extreme hardships.
