Post: Need Advise on Visa case

Hi,

I would really appreciate any help on this case. I'm an
american citizen now. I've been trying to get my mom a
visa, she's living illegaly in the U.S.A. She doesn't have
any criminal records and has been working as a maide for
the last 10 years witht the same home owner.

I prepared all of the documents and everything seems to be
going smooth till today. I received a letter for her
interview in the City of Juarez Chihuahua in Mexico. I
heard some horros stories where they sent people to CD.
Juarez for the interview like my mom and then they tell
the people that there isn't one. That they have been
punished and they have to stay for 10 years in Mexico
before they can come back.

We're scared that if mom goes and they don't let her back
in, she's going to lose her house and any chance to a good
life with us here in the U.S.A.

Please give some advise, My wife needs an kindney
transplant and I don't need any more extra stress. Thank
you very much in advance!!!!
