Post: port entry denial,

Hello,
My fried visited usa on 2007 and stayed for less than 6
months. Then she went back to her country and returned
after 1 month. at the port of entry to usa she was refused
to enter. The oficers were suspesious that she came to USA
to work. They sent her back and the CIS voided her 5 years
visa. Now after a year later, she want to apply for a
student visa. Pleas tell us what she need to do first
befor she apply.( she have us citizen family)
