Tim,
I myself am a paralegal and although I'm not an employer I
have a suggestion for your fiance. I'm in the cleveland area
and have had wonderful success with headhunters she should
try one of them. I like the service I worked with (major
legal services) I believe they have an office in Columbus,
but I'm not positive. But I do know that Contract Counsel is
located in Columbus and they have new jobs daily, I have
heard really great things about them through friends etc.
