I am also interested in becoming a patent agent...eventually, a
patent attorney. I currently have a BS in Electrical
Engineering and 15 years of hardware and software design and
development experience. I plan to take the October 15th
examination, but I'm trying to find out exactly what I need to
study to prepare for the test. USPTO tells me that there are
private organizations that offer prep classes, but they won't
tell me who they are. Do you have any idea? Are there prep
guides I should study? Or should I just study 37 CFR and MPEP?
