There are 2 aspects to protecting your idea. First, you
have to have Palm or any other potential buyers sign a "non-
disclosure agreement" before mentioning your idea. This is
the only way to protect your idea from being stolen.
Second, your idea may be patentable, depending on what it
is. You have to consult with an intellectual property
attorney to discuss this further.
