I work for a small financial services company, which just
went throught the process of copywrighting its logo.
After this was completed, we went to a printer to have
folders and such printed. The printer changed the
location of the elements of the logo, but the elements
remain the same. How does this effect the copywritten
logo, if at all? And, should we have just Trademarked the
name of the company vs. copywrighting the entire logo?
