we have a ajoining driveway. In June our neighbors asked if we wanted to pave both driveways at the same time.We said we were not able to afford it at the time,That we were in the middle of selling a differt property that if they wanted to wait we could do it in sept. They said fine they could wait. Then in August we saw that they were redoing there driveway so we said to ourselve fine we will do our side when we can. Then when we were ready to pave our driveway they didn't like the where we were going to have the line between the driveways. Niether my husband or myself was home at the time so we told the company to stop the paving that we would pay the differece for the to come back another day. Then we got togehter with our nieghbors and agreed that whenthe paving company was going to come back and pave the driveway that we would have them present. The company came back and between my husband the contractor and the man from next door they agreed as to where the line was going to be after watching the driveway being layed the neibors come back to us two days later saying that they were unhappy with the were the company layed the asphalt. The question is are we liable to fix what they don't like after they agreed and watched the whole thing being done.
