As a first time home owner, I found out several of the
things I was supposed to do before buying my home AFTER I
had already purchased it.

I have very obvious foundation/mold problems (after
removing 4 layers of wallpaper) that were not disclosed in
my Purchase Contract, but I did not hire an Attorney or a
Home Inspection when buying my home. Would it appear that
I still have a case?
