hi there,

starting a business. found a unique (non actual word) name i like. registered web address.

initial low level nat'l search didn't bring anything up. then i learn a local co. (both nyc) has been using name as a service offering, showing a sm mark. similar if not exact business. (consulting and recruiting for me vs. a training product for them) disheartened i may have to abandon name. my laymen's research though has given me hope. this would only be for company name, trade name, not an offering.
