Post: Patent agent transition to patent attorney

Hi, if anyone out there could answer this question, I would
greatly appreciate it. I am a current law student and will try to take the exam to
be a patent agent this October. However, I will graduate
next August, then, would I just become a patent attorney
automatically since I already took the exam, or do I have
to retake the exam? Thankxxxx a bunch... Uyen
