I own a successful operating electronics business based on
a patented product and registered trade mark. I would
like some advise on how to determine the value of the
business. Also what is the best way to sell this
type of business??? Internet, broker, newspaper,
publications. Are there special brokers that specialize
in businesses with intellectual property? I would like to
put the business up for sale. Any advice would be helpful
