Hi Laura, I have heard of University of Southern Colorado, they have a paralegal certificate program. It so happens that at the college I work at is offering the same program. It is run by the Legal Center. It cost about $1000. There are two parts to it at about $500 apiece. I spoke to the attorney teaching the class at my college about the program. She said it is a good program. I have the same situation you do. My hours at work change too much. I wouldn't be able to attend class all the time. The attorney suggested I take the program online. Other programs are PCDI Blackstone School of Law Paralegal Institute- Good Program Education Direct Also check out nolo.com for information. Good book is Independant Paralegal Handbook Good Luck If you have any further questions, feel free to email me at ebegun@brick.net
