As a developer of website for clients. . .if we develop a
specific website using the client's domain name, but our
creative content, graphics, text, etc and the client DOES
NOT PAY for those services EXCLUDING the annual 3rd party
hosting fee, can the developer (us) temporarily turn the
site off to all until all invoives are paid?
