Re: biotech patent law: PhD necessary?

    Hi Adam,
I've known biotech patent attorneys with just a bachelor's
degree. I also know that the Ph.D. is a help in the job search
for biotech patent attorneys. The best boost in the job search
in my opinion is to have passed the USPTO "Patent Bar" exam
while still in law school. Also, consider that a lot of people
start Ph.D. programs and never finish, eating up large parts of
    their lives.
    Dave
