    Post: Landlord tenent law? TX

    Posted by Michael on 6/04/03

I need a lawyer to assist my wife and I. We had a landlord
in Texas take all our property in our home without an
evection or evection notice and disposed of all our
property including all our poessions all that we owned
including the remains of our son that passed away last
fathers day.. The landlord is curently in bankruptcy but
this happened after he filed.i will also note that we went
to the police to file theft charges and they would not take
a report..what are our options? If there is a texas
attorney that is willing to talk to us on this matter
please respond to this we will sign a contract..this
    happened in Abilene Texas.thank you
