    Thats a good point! Thank you for the assistance with the URL.
    The reason i posted the question in here , is because i felt
    this was the closest to real estate, also that it seems if a
    lawyer has knowlege in this feild he or she would be able to
    address basic landlord questions... I will try what u
    suggested.Again thank you
