i have a neighbor who is putting up a fence 12 inches from
where my fence stands, which makes him in the alley way
between our houses, the deed to my property says i own 10ft
of that alleyway, and my fence is 5ft into the alleyway but
12 inches back, so he is putting his fence on myh property?
is there anything i can do to make him come back 5ft from
where he is starting? what legal rights do i have to knock
it down if he goes ahead with putting up?
