Hi Siobhan, umm I don't believe you can get emancipated until
you are at least 16 yrs. old. And finally when you turn 16,
you are going to have to prove to the courts that you have a
stable job, place to live, and in school. So work on getting
a job and save money and look for an apartment to live and
hopefully it works out for the best for you.
