I am getting my BS in chemistry and I am interested in IP
Law as my career choice. However, I am debating whether I
should go to graduate school and then go to law school or
if I should just go to law school. I have heard both
sides of the argument but neither has really made a
convincing statement. What are the advantage of the PhD?
Will the salary be greater? Are there more options for
advancement? Is it easier to find jobs with the PhD &
JD? Or is the JD alone good enough?
