The University of Texas at San Antonio has a very, very good
Paralegal Certificate program. It's not too far from Austin
and meets on Saturdays only, for eleven months. (Short breaks
between three "semesters".) Students are enrolled from as far
away as Harlingen and Del Rio, so Austin should be no
problem. The program is fast paced, highly regarded and it
prepares students to work in a wide range of legal settings.
