HI,
I have a PhD in genetics and molecular biology and I am
considering the possiblity of becoming a patent agent (not
an attorney). What is the job market for a patent agent
with my background? Is is worthwhile to write and
hopefully pass the Patent Bar exam and do training at a law
firm?

I would appreciate some direction.
