I own some land adjacent to another family member. He is
disputing the property line according to my deed and survey
which was filed legally less than two years ago. He even
signed the paperwork at the time agreeing to the survey.
The markers placed by the surveyor have mysteriously
disappeared. However, there are other markers that remain
that I can measure from to find where the disputed line
markers were. How should I handle the dispute? Will we need
to go to court?
