I am a tenant renting half of a double in a small (three
building complex). I signed a lease in September that
allowed me to have a pet live with me. In October, the
complex was sold to a new owner. The new owner claims that
when a property is sold, that all leases become void. He
has given me three days to get rid of my pet or vacate the
property. What is the truth?
