Re: Advice Needed for future IP/law school applicant

It is of course always good to here advice from those with actual experience in the field. I too am an aspiring patent attorney. I am thus curious to know what you think of my bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I am graduating from a very well know school in this area and am graduating with honors. I will probably attend a strong tier two law school in either D.C. or California, perhaps even New York. Is this area of law so flooded that an E.E. degree means very little? I have been under the impression as of late that although the market for patent lawyers with E.E. degrees is still saturated, that it was not as saturated and thus easier to find a decent paying job. Am I mistaken? Clealy I would still need to be in at least the top 30 percent. If I am mistaken in anyway, please correct me!
