NIU (Northern Illinois University) has a College of Law in
DeKalb, Illinois. If your statements have merit, you may
find they have a legal clinic that can help with your
problem or a professor - Lauraine Schmall (a noted feminist
professor at the Law School) may be able to advise you if
your situation is accurate.
