My roommate hasn't paid his portion of the rent or bills
since November and it's now January. I had to cover the
rent and bills for november and December and now I don't
know what kind of rights I have for getting him out of the
house so that I can cut my losses and find a new roommate.
At this point I'm pretty tapped on resources for going to
court or anything else for that matter and he won't leave,
what can I do? How much will it cost?
