The technical education requirements are essentially identical for the three jobs. The PTO has advertised job openings for examiner positions. You can apply online at the PTO web site. www.uspto.gov. The job market for brand new, inexperienced patent agents and patent attorneys is a bit crowded right now, and has been for several years.
