I would guess that even if the registration is not complete, the plaintiff should be able to avoid a dismissal with prejudice or other decision on the merits in which case you will simply get a new suit a few months later. The incomplete forms might create a problem for the plaintiff, but he might also get the opportunity to correct the forms. I cannot guess what the court will do with the error on the form. Take a look at 17 USC Sections 408-412. One last issue is that foreign citizens of Berne Convention countries do not have to register at all.
