iam a biotech graduate (bachelors) from india. i want to do
my Masters (in US )in Biotech. I wanted to know something--
(1) Is it that i can apply through GRE only after i had
completed 16 yrs of education.?

(2) And how can i go abt pursuing it, like the best
universities and the funding i can get at these places.
