Generally a book title is neither protectable by copyright nor
does it serve as a trademark. Most titles are unprotected and
you can find many books with the same title.

A trademark might apply to a series of books all using part of
the title (e.g. "The Internet for Dummies" and "Brain Surgery
for Dummies"). A title that applies to a single book does not
    serve as a trademark.

Most titles are short phrases or even single words. Those
kinds of things are not copyrightable.
