Post: neighbor putting fence 20 foot into my property

My husband was just deeded 1 acre of land from his father
and we had to have a survey. It showed the property line
to be about 1foot away from the end of his mobile home.
The neighbor pulled up the survey stakes and began putting
a fence up 20 foot onto our property where the right of
way was supposed to be. Neighbor has no survey.
