i am currently working on what i consider to be a business
model. this business model will have a name(title) and a
full description of how to implement the particular model
for the parties(individuals,investors etc) interested in
participating, incorporating the idea into their current
business operations and/or marketing strategies.
i would like to know how to best protect this model to
prevent someone using the same model and name(the name i
assume would be protected in a different way from the
actual business model)
