I am currently a PhD student in biomedical science in the
field of biochemistry and molecular biology at a great
school. I would like a career in intellectual property.
My advisor tells me that it is best to complete my PhD and
then join a firm as a scientific advisor. I already have
completed all the requirements for an MS degree. Would it
be smarter for me to quit grad school and go into law
school to get my JD? What is the difference in salary for
a starting MS, JD and just a PhD working in intellectual
law?
