Post: Looking for entry level paralegal job

I am living in San Diego, California, and I am looking for
an entry level paralegal job, where I really have the
opportunity to work actively and get trained while working.
I once asked about that,and they suggested me to get a
certificate at a school, but the problem is that it does
not garantee to get a job.
Are there any other alternatives?
