Hi,

We are a debt buying organization located in the San
Fernando Valley in Southern California. We are currently
seeking a California licensed attorney with no record of
disciplinary action (whether you are currently practicing
is irrelevant).

Your role as an attorney will be minimal (no letter
correspondence, court appearances, pleadings, discovery,
etc), yet you will receive a flat fee payment (or option
for a % of returns) for every debt account on which we file
a lawsuit with your name as the attorney of record. This
position has potential for huge growth, as we expect to
quickly increase the number of lawsuits that we file.
Additionally, your duties will involve little more than
supplying your name as the attorney of record. Our
organization follows all FDCPA rules and regulations, so if
you have had any disciplinary action, you will not be
considered for the position.
