I am a lawyer currently practising in the High Court of the
south Indian state of Kerala and in various civil and criminal
courts,Rent Control and Appellate Authorities,Consumer Disputes
Redressal Forum and Central Administrative Tribunal.
I started practice in April,2005 after finishing Five-Year
Legal course (BA LLB[Hons])in the MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF
INDIAN LEGAL THOUGHT,KOTTAYAM.
For the past 2 and a half years,i've been dealing with cases
concerning penal laws,law of contract,law of patents and
copyrights,law relating to building lease and rent control and other
civil laws affecting citizen's rights.I've an experience of drafting
pleadings to be presented before courts and tribunals,deeds of
contract,lease and sale.
I am keenly interested in doing part time legal outsourcing
jobs from home and for the time being i'm able to spend 4-6 hours a
day for this purpose.
