Try joining some bar associations, go to their meetings and
make contacts that way. You might be better off working with
a few law firms on an "as needed" basis, rather than a fixed
part-time schedule. I am a New York and New Jersey licensed
attorney who is applying for Pennsylvania admission by
virtue of state state's reciprocity with New York. I would
be curious as to what you know about Pennsylvania practice.
