Post: poss. eviction in Las Vegas NV

I have lived at this residence for about 4yrs and have had
a pretty clean history with me landlord. ( I have been
late maybe 5 times and those have all been within a weeks
time from the due date)
The end of last year was very slow for me a work and my
finances were very tight. This month (jan) i said I needed
an extrs 5 days to come up with all of the money plus the
late fees . A grand total of 1700 dollars. my landlord
said no way and then explained to me that in the state of
Nev. if a tenante doesn't pay rent the landlord has the
right to kick me out within a 24hr period. this scares the
hell out of me and I need some assistance please!!
