Post: no rent for 12 month

Hello, I live in MA, bought a property in green valley,
nevada because my son hounded me to death. I am a single
person who bought and live in my home in MA. My son has
not given me any money for 12 months. The condo that he is
living in costs approx. 1375. a month. I bought it sight
unseen and got a mortgage. I am struggling to get this paid
along with my house I live in. I would just like to walk
away. I am a senior (55), I have a retirement plan and
some savings in the bank. Still owe on my primary
residence along with a home equity. I do not know the
law. Can they come after my primary residence? Prices
have dropped on the condo. I paid 170 and they can't sell
for 130. I know I have to evict him but then what. If I
rent I know I can't get the entire mortgage. Does anyone
know can they take my home in Massachusetts as well as
savings and retirement????
What are the laws in nevada? I have the homestead in MA.
