Post: court rules/procedures question

complaint/summon didn't give actual figures for relief
(description only) thus was undetected and got into wront
court (HI district instead of circuit court)that doestn't
handle that much amount. The return/answer had taken place.
deadline for demand for jury trial (with that, case will be
transferred to circuit court) and counter claim coming. pre-
trial day had set. Can the case be kicked out by any
motion? or any other thing could be done because of this
error.
