Post: Neighbor noise complaints

We were served a notice stating excesive thumping,banging
and things being dropped between the hours of 10pm and 4am
which is disturbing our downstairs neighbors sleep. The
landlord says this is one of several brought against us for
this reason. She says two more and we face eviction.
This eviction warning is the first we heard about the
complaints. She refuses to talk about the complaints. I work
nights(10pm till 630am, 6days a week) and my wife and
daughter are asleep at that time. My wife is a type 1
diabetic and does use the bathroom a lot during the night as
well a making something to eat if her blood sugars are low.
We don't know what to do and are under constant stress
about making any kind of noise in our apt. Please help.
