Post: eviction

I am being evicted for stupid reason, my neighbor filed a
false police report on me and the following day, i got my
eviction. I have proven to them that it was a false report
because the incident she was referring to, i have other
neighbors with me, so they wrote a statement. This month,
she did it again, I happened to be out of town on the
alleged incident, I have a letter stating where I was at the
time, still they proceeded with the eviction for nuisance. I
took them to court, they had an attorney, i presented
myself, the judge listened to their attorney, didn't even
want to listen to me, nor look at my papers, so i lost. Now
I am appealing that decision, and because i can't afford an
attorney, am I just wasting my time?
