To successfully appeal a decision, there must have been an
error made by the judge. Did your judge make any errors? I am
speculating that the judge did not look at your papers because
they may have been hearsay, which would exclude them from
evidence.
An appeal can be very complicated, I would recommend that you
consult an attorney before proceeding, unless you feel that
you can handle it. It may be too late for a satisfactory
result for you.
