I had 2 accidents this year and two major surgeries. I own
my own business and consequently we suffered financially
which has resulted in foreclosure proceedings on our home.
Our home is up for auction Dec 8 and I have received(2)
conflicting answers to my question, which is... do I have
to vacate my home on or before the 8th or do I have 30
days after that? I am running out of time to move my
family. Thank you for any guidance you can give me.
