Re: are multiple leasees equally liable?

    A) No..unless you have an Agreement, signed by all parties,
    stating they must pay utilities throughout the lease term.

    B) If they are still paying rent, they are fulfilling their
    obligations to the landlord. The landlord cannot mandate
    that a person, or persons, live at a residence on which they
    pay rent.
