Brian: Please! With all do respect, you seem to be trying
to dig up dirt on a leasehold relationship that you know is
illegal. This yould not gain you any points in court. If
you are on a month-to-month tenancy, you're done in 30 days
regardless of your heardship. If it is an illegal tenancy
to begin with, a judge will not determine that you have a
right to stay. AND your "landlord" is offering you money?
What a gracious offer.
