I hate to say it, but being a landlord makes you jaded pretty
quickly, because dealing with tenants is a nightmare.
One site I like for landlord forms is EZ Landlord Forms, because
they have state-specific lease forms and eviction notices, etc.
and summarize your state's landlord-tenant laws.
In the future, definitely screen the he11 out of your tenants,
and make sure you pull their credit reports and talk to their
bosses and current landlords. There are good tenants out there,
but they're hard to find, especially for lower end properties.
