Post: safety hazard documentation for court use

Posted by Anthony on 6/19/09

    Dear friends:
I found a serious safety hazard in the apartment I live in.
Screws are exposed in multiple drawers and they almost got
my little boy. I am very upset but the landlord simply
ignore my request. I decide to straighten her up with a lawsuit.

What kind of inspector is needed to issue an inspection
report that could be used in court?

    Best
    Anthony
