hello all,
i need some help here asap.. ok i was in violation of my
lease by having 2 dogs ok.. they were gonna terminate me
from section 8 for the dogs. ok so i went and contacted a
legal aide lawyer, he wants to file a mutual lease
agreement with the landlord, so i can keep my section 8 but
he wants me out of here on monday with no place to go with
my daughter.. the landlord wants me gone from here asap..
she told my lawyer that if i dont move out of here on
monday she will file an eviction, so my lawyer wants me out
of here on Monday with no place to go.. i really need help
here.. is the landlord allowed to just put me out of here
in 3 days wiht no place to live ???? my leasee is up on
june 1st and i have plans to move anyway, just not this
soonn.. does anyone know what i can do ???? tinainohio
